The primary business of Atagra Wireless  is to acquire minority partnership interests in wireless partnerships that are majority controlled by one of the large general partnerships across the country. 

Many of these minority partnership interests are family owned, and for many owners, there is a very limited opportunity to sell those interests at fair market value.  For most owners, the only legitimate acquirer of these interests is the general partner.  The general partner in most cases is either not interested in purchasing a minority share, or is willing to pay significantly below market prices for the interests. 

Atagra Wireless was formed in 2007 by William Tucker, the founder of American Broadband Communications and other successful telecommunications ventures.  Bill and his team understand the desire that some minority partnership owners have to create liquidity for the investments, many of which have been held for fifteen or more years.
